Return Policy:
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hi@theotherglasses.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
General Returns: You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Warranty:
All our products come with a two-years manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
